At Loko Poko we encourage our students to celebrate the diversity that they are a part of. By celebrating different traditions, lifestyles and linguistically diverse backgrounds, we groom them to appreciate the various cultures surrounding them.Which include Diwali, Onam, Christmas, Independence Day, Teachers Day, Sports Day etc. All these events aim at sharing ideals, conserving traditions and generating new trends.
Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom
Our young patriots marked Independence Day with a vibrant celebration, filled with fun activities, national songs, and creative art sessions. Dressed in the colors of the national flag, our tiny tots showcased their enthusiasm and love for the country. Through storytelling sessions, our students learned about the significance of this special day and the heroes who fought for our freedom. We believe in nurturing the next generation of responsible citizens, instilling patriotism and community spirit from a young age.
Krishna Utsav
Children joyfully celebrated the birth of Lord Krishna, bringing Janmashtami festivities to life. The day overflowed with cultural performances, including enchanting storytelling sessions, spirited dance performances, and the lively Dahi Handi event that echoed Krishna's mischievous spirit. From crafting peacock feathers to singing bhajans, the celebration immersed kids in the rich traditions of Krishna's lore. It was a heartwarming display of celebrating heritage and fostering joy and community among our young learners.
Ganesha Gala
Our young celebrants delved into the festive spirit, crafting colourful clay Ganesha idols, listening to captivating tales of the elephant-headed god, and grooving to energetic dance performances. As they embraced the traditions of this special day, our little ones discovered the values of wisdom, prosperity, and new beginnings, making this celebration a truly unforgettable experience!
Festival of Lights
Loko Poko Preschool's tiny tots illuminated Diwali with their infectious enthusiasm! With colourful rangoli art, creative diya decorating, and engaging storytelling sessions, our young explorers discovered the significance of the festival of lights.
